Day 6: Down one.....

A quick jump on the scales this morning showed a 1lb loss - so in 5 days I've lost 2lb thanks to my stupidness at the weekend.  Still feeling really cross with myself. 

I really need to up the water intake, as I think this could also be a reason I'm not seeing what I want on the scales.  So will promise to drink more water today.

Last nights tea was a lovely bit of rump steak with a mustard sauce over it - yum yum.  There were two bits in the pack so I cooked the other one and will have it for lunch today.  I also switched from my egg breakfast this morning to the Dukan pancake.  I made a small one for breakfast and I made a second one (from the same mixture) to bring in for later today.  I quite like them with yoghurt poured all over it.

I need to carry on for as long as possible in the attack phase to maximise the loss, but I'm really craving some veggies now.  Have done shockingly well on the chocolate front though, I've not eaten anything like that - so I'm not all bad :o)
